First hot water dispenser I received, blacked out my unit. You said you’d send me another. After a few days I rang to see what was happening and it hadn’t been sent. Finally received it and working ok so far.
Like the Hot Water unit but still waiting for an answer to whether it has a dry boil safety thermostat on it...would love to hear to assess as number of elderly would use one.
The Kleva machine is great, but would be better if it poured more than 200ml, instead of having to press it twice, doing that(pressing 2X) I feel it will wear the machine out quicker....or is that the idea!!!
I have ongoing back pain and this stick vacuum is amazing as I can stand up with out having to bend too much 😊 The light on the the bottom of the crapoff is wonderful 👏👏
Great communication and advised when the product would arrive. Product is as expected, very good and easy to use. Would have expected a recipe book with cooking ideas but this is a suggestion and not a criticism!

I am absolutely loving the almost instant hot water and at the desired temperature. So much easier than boiling the kettle. Even hubby is loving it.
I ordered a number of things so don't know which item this refers to! All ok though
Delivery was prompt. Used the water heater. I really like being able to make a cup of tea in a short space of time and not having to lift the heavy electric kettle! The first few days it was okay. Then the amount of water heated started to vary. Now it has started dripping after it has shut off. Fairly trivial I guess, but annoying. When unpacking it, I thought the metal tray (to stand cup on) looked cheap and nasty, as the saying goes! It now is deteriorating. It appears there is a very thin layer of plastic on it and inevitably getting wet it is starting to lift around the edges of holes etc.,
It does what it is designed to do and so far all going well
The overall process from the initial ordering to the delivery. Very much a quick response where we could trach delivery and then told we would receive the air fryer on the Monday or Tuesday. It arrived Monday morning. Fabulous work.
