I have just signed up as a client on this site to buy 3 x T8 globe - at checkout, there is an additional charge of euro 2.50 for "Kleine ordertoeslag incl. BTW" - I have never been charged for a small order - in this case because my order was less than euro 25 in total. Seems to be very unnecessary to me - so I just bought what I needed from a competitor of theirs who did not charge me extra because of it being a small order.

Product ordered & paid --> they say 3 months lead time --> after 3 months waiting time, they cancel my order. I had to explain that to my customer. Never seen such a lack of professionalism. Those kind of companies should just close.
