Product ordered & paid --> they say 3 months lead time --> after 3 months waiting time, they cancel my order. I had to explain that to my customer. Never seen such a lack of professionalism. Those kind of companies should just close.
I will never want to purchase from them anymore as the return approach is really very bad and I couldn't send them pack with the same courier and I asked for help. No one is helping me despite me sending numerous times of email. This is very disappointing. Thanks for the reply - so for a review you guys are able to reply within a day. (That is impressive). The initial support was given within 1-2 days. I have already found a solution and paid almost the cost of 1 lamp to send the parcel. That means this return has cost me almost 1lamp price :)
