This company is not what it seems, BE CAREFUL!!!! I had a website made last year, and I was not asked about SEO for my website. After they made the website, I was told that I had a month to return to them with any issues; after that, I would have to pay. I wanted a website made so that I could sell books from. After months of marketing, I noticed that my website was not being found by the public. I went back to Liberty to ask why the basic SEOs were not done, and I was informed by a very rude man called Kevin that I needed to pay 800 dollars for them to bring in organic traffic to my website. I asked why I wasn't made aware that the website they had created was not doing what I had asked them for at the beginning of the website journey. He was very rude, and after many back-and-forth messages, he stated that he would give me full access to MY website, and I could do it. I replied ok. He then said he would send me a website handover agreement, which would state that any further issues, the company would not fix them. I said Thats fine, send me the agreement and details, then we could part company. On the 1st of May at 18.37, he stated I would receive the agreement within two to four hours. Nothing arrived that evening. Today I messaged the number I have always used, which I used the day before, and one message was sent at 10 am, no reply, then again at 18.10 asking for the agreement. I am absolutely fuming. The basics I wanted for my website have not been completed, and I now understand why. They know the website owner will continually return to them for help, and they will continue to charge. I also understand why they rush the customer to complete a review as soon as possible, because they want to get more gullible customers on board. I want what was promised to me yesterday, and then I can move forward and have nothing more to do with this company ever again. I expect a reply.
