Really professional service. Ordering was easy, the customer service team gave clear instructions about delivery dates and time slots. I initially ordered the wrong item which was only realised upon delivery. The team handled it amazingly, took the wrong item back, rearranged a new delivery of the correct item with no extra charge. The installation team, Rasel and Ibrahim, were punctual, polite and worked around some minor installation issues without any fuss. Really impressed with the whole process and team and would definitely use again.

I purchased two kitchen appliances and installation from London Appliances. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my kitchen space/the installation that only became apparent during execution of the work. While we did have a difference in opinion in regards to the matter at hand, London Appliances customer service representative Sajid was very fast, very patient, understanding, and helped look into the issue and we came to a solution. I really appreciate the customer service I have received and also the team on site doing the best they could. I'm only giving 4 stars as I didn't fully achieve the result I was looking for and invested more time and energy into the matter than I would have liked to.
I ordered a washing machine and specifically asked the installers twice to cover my expensive wooden floor before bringing the appliance in. They assured me they would do so. However, they completely ignored my request and proceeded without any protection, badly scratching my wooden floor. After the damage occurred, the installers said they would inform their management. When we later phoned to complain and followed up in writing, we were told that the installers denied any knowledge of causing the damage. This has been extremely disappointing. Not only was my property damaged due to negligence, but the company has failed to take responsibility for it. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
London appliances have been very helpful. We purchased a dishwasher but upon using it, it really wasn’t the right fit for us, London Appliances were very helpful and allowed us to upgrade to a better model. We obviously paid the price difference, they also removed the original one and fitted the new one at no extra cost.
I honestly don’t think I have ever received such brilliant service from start to finish with any organisation. From speaking with Aadil and his colleague to installation and delivery from Tony and his colleague the service was outstanding. To the point I’m going to buy another appliance from them very soon! I highly recommend this company. My washing broke on Tuesday evening, I had a new one delivered at fitted by Thursday 8.15am. I can’t wax lyrical enough. Cannot fault their service. They pick up the phone after only a few rings, delivered when they said they would and at the time they said, installed and tested the washing machine and took the old one away with no fuss or bother. I will certainly buy from them again.
Failed to deliver purchased items on numerous agreed occasions. Starting a section 75 to obtain a refund, as communication has been poor. I haven’t received any request for additional info from TrustPilot, ticket raised with support. I have emailed the info to your company, subject: Section 75.
Ordered multiple appliances on a multibuy price. The customer service I have received from this company has been excellent - I would go as far as to say above and beyond. I would highly recommend and would use again if I had the need.
They weren't able to disconnect the old cooker and told us they were going to come to collect it as soon as the engineers has connected the new one. They didn't. I've called them 2 times already, they even confirmed collection for Saturday. They didn't come so the old cooker is in the middle of the living room.
