Avoid London Appliance at all costs

My experience with this company has been beyond unacceptable. I reported a broken oven and was told by customer service that a replacement part had been ordered, and that it would arrive within 3–5 working days. They said that once the part arrived, they would arrange an appointment. After two weeks, I called them and was told the part would arrive the following week. After another two weeks, I called again and they finally booked me in for a Tuesday. I took time off work to wait for the engineer. By Tuesday evening, nobody had shown up. The engineer then told me he could not come and said he would arrange something the next morning. The next day, nobody called. I had to chase them again, and they told me they would get back to me the following day. Later, I received another call saying the appointment would be on Tuesday. Once again, I took time off work to wait. Then, when I called in the late afternoon because nobody had come, I was told they had “made a mistake” and that they actually meant Wednesday. So I lost another day waiting on Wednesday, and again nobody came. I called them three times and they did not answer. I then had to call customer service, who told me I would receive another call the next day to arrange a booking. The next day they called and said they would call me again the following week to book it in. That was followed by another three weeks of silence. At this point, this no longer looks like incompetence. It looks like customers are being strung along with excuses, false promises, and repeated no-shows. I wasted multiple days off work, spent weeks chasing updates, and was repeatedly given misleading information by both customer service and the engineer. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to stay away from London Appliance. If a company keeps promising parts, appointments, callbacks, and repairs that never happen, while the customer keeps losing time and money, people are entitled to question whether this is a genuine repair service at all. Terrible communication, repeated missed appointments, no accountability, and complete disrespect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a washing machine and…

I ordered a washing machine and specifically asked the installers twice to cover my expensive wooden floor before bringing the appliance in. They assured me they would do so. However, they completely ignored my request and proceeded without any protection, badly scratching my wooden floor. After the damage occurred, the installers said they would inform their management. When we later phoned to complain and followed up in writing, we were told that the installers denied any knowledge of causing the damage. This has been extremely disappointing. Not only was my property damaged due to negligence, but the company has failed to take responsibility for it. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.

Failed to deliver purchased items on…

Failed to deliver purchased items on numerous agreed occasions. Starting a section 75 to obtain a refund, as communication has been poor. I haven’t received any request for additional info from TrustPilot, ticket raised with support. I have emailed the info to your company, subject: Section 75.

Haven't collected old appliance

They weren't able to disconnect the old cooker and told us they were going to come to collect it as soon as the engineers has connected the new one. They didn't. I've called them 2 times already, they even confirmed collection for Saturday. They didn't come so the old cooker is in the middle of the living room.
