I have ordered from this company many times with quick delivery. The only time I had a problem or so I thought , they were quick to respond and all was right!
Don’t waste your time ordering from this company. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered and after a month or longer passed, reached out for updates to be told they were having shipping issues or stock issues. This last time, two of my four items shipped and after almost 2 months, I reached out to inquire and was told due to an error, they were not going to be shipped and if I see them on the website, disregard as they are working on updating their inventory. The communication is awful, many stock shortages, or delivery issues and the clothing quality has greatly declined over the years. Spend your money elsewhere.
First, I have ordered many shirts and once I needed to exchange and they were so professional and accommodating. This time, I received a drink bottle and the lid flip part came off the first time I used it. They checked on how I was enjoying it so I was honest. She asked for a picture and immediately sent me another free of charge. That was not even expected so I am extremely grateful. This is extreme customer service, 5 stars!
I am a repeat customer of this company as their products are very high quality, and their customer service is top notch! I recently had a small issue with an item that I received and reached out to customer service for assistance. I received a replacement for the defective item in less than one week! This company is a stand-out amidst the plethora of apparel websites popping up every day. Love, love, love them and their Christian mission statement.
This company responded quickly to my return request. Unfortunately the shirt I ordered wasn’t a good fit for me. No questions asked. I received return info within minutes. I would buy again from this company.
If I could give this web site a zero, I would. I ordered about six or seven tee shirts and two other items on February 27, 2026. As of today, April 23, 2026, I have not received my order or any communication explaining the excessive delay. However, my credit card was billed in the amount of $48. Oh, well, live and learn!
First of all I was surprised that my order arrived in days! That is, less than a week! The t-shirts are soft and beautiful and fit perfectly! I'll be wearing one to choir practice tonight, and I expect to be asked where I got the one with the cute birds and scripture from Psalms 89:1. I will absolutely order from Love in Faith again. I have been ordering from Love In Faith for many years. Their apparel surpasses any other companies I have ever bought from, which is the reason I only buy from them. Their T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, sweaters, everything they offer are of incredible quality. They are soft, do not fade, do not shrink and I have yet to “wear out” any piece. The sizing is perfect. I have never been disappointed with any clothing item I have bought for myself, my husband, my children or grandchildren. The prices are very reasonable and they constantly are running specials. Their website is very easy to navigate through, place your order and receive it in a timely manner. Should I have a question or concerns regarding an order, they are quick to respond and make sure the matter is completely resolved. I would recommend Love In Faith to any believer and follower of Jesus Christ as a very reputable, trustworthy Christian business that offers quality apparel, as well as seasonal items for personal use or as gifts or both. I personally appreciate the fact that I am ordering from a business that not only sells CHRISTIAN clothing and items but that is the only items they sell. I like knowing I’m helping in a small way to support a Christian business.
Very fast delivery, my sweatshirt had a small tear and they promptly issued a gift card in the same amount I paid so I could order another one. Quality products and heavier than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

I'm always impressed with their response time if I have a question or need help with an order! They always take care of any issue I have....love their products...t-shirts and sweatshirts!! Their embroidered sweatshirts are beautiful and hold up very well too!!

The shipping and customer service are jokes. My items were supposed to arrive on 4/10 and according to the tracking were located approximately 1 hour from my address. In the last 4 days, the items have travelled more than 1200 miles and still don't have them. Customer service is about as much help as a varicose vein...This is the second time this happened with this company...first time I gave them grace and thought it might be an anomaly, but I was wrong. If you want a frustrating experience, order from this fly by night company...but I won't make this mistake again!
