I like the product for the most part. Although I feel the T-shirts are too long. The quality is good. What I do not like is there costumer service contact. There is no number to call and I have yet to receive a reply to my email regarding a size discrepancy in sweatshirts I ordered. It has been 4 business days plus the weekend. I would like a response to 507-363-6005. Please. Shanda
I have to commend this company on their great customer service. I had ordered a t-shirt in XL. When it arrived, the package said XL but the shirt was a 4XL. I was skeptical about reaching out to customer service because you could only contact them was by email. I got a super fast response and explained the situation with a picture of the wrong t-shirt. I got a response back within hours letting me know that my replacement was on the way. They also asked me to donate my t-shirt to someone in need. It service didn't stop there. I had my new t-shirt within a day. I was totally shocked. I will for sure buy future items from this company.
So I ordered a Christian T-shirt absolutely love the Love In Faith company. I received the T-shirt and it had a tiny hole in the neck line and I immediately took a picture and sent them emailed it to them and they immediately immediately got it right so they were so sorry for this and they wanted to make it right and asked me to send them another order that I wanted completely free. I did it was very easy and the new shirt is on its way. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.

I love my two new shirts celebrating America’s 250 years. I have so many short sleeve and long sleeve love in faith shirts. They are the best quality. They wash well and have never faded. I have been a customer for 2-3 years now and have never been disappointed and you wont be either. I wear a 14 in a shirt or xl but I always get 2x so they fit loose. I love the length because they hide my flaws. Beautiful shirts and sweatshirts too.
This is my second order and I have loved all of it! The shirts are super soft and true to size, shipping is quick! The customer service is amazing! I had one small issue with receiving an incorrect size and they fixed the issue that day! Will absolutely continue ordering!
