Don’t waste your time ordering from this company. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered and after a month or longer passed, reached out for updates to be told they were having shipping issues or stock issues. This last time, two of my four items shipped and after almost 2 months, I reached out to inquire and was told due to an error, they were not going to be shipped and if I see them on the website, disregard as they are working on updating their inventory. The communication is awful, many stock shortages, or delivery issues and the clothing quality has greatly declined over the years. Spend your money elsewhere.
If I could give this web site a zero, I would. I ordered about six or seven tee shirts and two other items on February 27, 2026. As of today, April 23, 2026, I have not received my order or any communication explaining the excessive delay. However, my credit card was billed in the amount of $48. Oh, well, live and learn!
The shipping and customer service are jokes. My items were supposed to arrive on 4/10 and according to the tracking were located approximately 1 hour from my address. In the last 4 days, the items have travelled more than 1200 miles and still don't have them. Customer service is about as much help as a varicose vein...This is the second time this happened with this company...first time I gave them grace and thought it might be an anomaly, but I was wrong. If you want a frustrating experience, order from this fly by night company...but I won't make this mistake again!
I did not receive my order. They told me it's was being processed but weeks later it said unfulfilled. I reached out and asked for a refund so they told me it shipped. Not even 2 minutes later they said it was delayed and they don't have a shipping date. I am getting a complete runaround. I will not deal with these people any longer.
