I’m surprised to be writing this but thought I would give everyone a bit of hope. My first withdrawal of £193 was approved and paid out within 24 hours then I won a substantial amount using cashback (although I have deposited a lot in the past). I tried to withdraw the £700 and got the standard 7-21 days message, no reply from emails, same bot message on the live chat. I did finally get paid out a week later. I hope the rest of you have some success. If not I had spoken to my bank about a chargeback and they said after the 21 days they would authorise this as the service hasn’t been met if they are restricting withdrawals. So that might be the route to go down for some of you. I won’t be using the site again as I definitely feel it’s dodgy but just so happy they paid out.
Right, So after all the bad experiences regardless I can’t say that I never got my winnings. Since I’ve played I’ve always got my winnings to be fair . Sometimes took 2 weeks sometimes took 48 hrs and lately take 24 hrs . I can’t say that is such as bad as anyone say based on my experience. I’ll use them again
