pros solved my issue cons why can’t someone change their email in the ui took about 4 back and forth where initial request was misunderstood (LLM triaging?) and then a step was missed on 3rd time, understood and resolved fourth time. can’t really complain but again the premise needing to do the entire flow is questionable. may be a waste of support resources to do something very fundamental (only service i see where changing email for account is not easy - except my own self hosted services hhdhahaha)
I am completely new to Mailgun and how it operates the app is good in guidance but when it came to the using it in production I had issues because of not understanding the sandbox and Allow IP listing but with the help desks support we solved it because there an issue of using sandbox instead of production, the allow IP listing and on my side there was the windows issue of having to use no revoke as well.
Very poor experience. The sign-up process seems simple, but it is impossible to activate the account: I never received the verification code on my phone, which completely blocks access to the service. Despite this, I was charged €3.34 without being able to use the platform at all. The most frustrating part is the total lack of human support: there is no way to get real assistance for what is a basic issue. In the end, the service is unusable, the charge is unjustified, and there is no support. I do not recommend.
Great service and helpful support
Poor Support! They will constantly cancel your demo sessions. If they are not responding before we are their client, imagine if you get any trouble while using their product.
We have a major production issue that has now been waiting for a response for 2.5 days. Customers can't send email, can't run their business! I can't delete the affected domain and I can't create an alternate. Absolytely terrible support.

Very good service. It offer traditional SMTP and API-based interface. API are simple enough to be used from custom scripting where a local SMTP mailer is not available, Rolling DKIM-keys and a basic DMARC management are very useful plus
