I needed help from Mailgun in setting up an account. But I needed to take further steps in order to verify, authenticate and complete the process of using their services. I was expecting for the whole process to take between 24 to 48hrs. However. It not only took minutes, but the communication between their support professionals (different persons) was outstanding. They were more than professionals. They were very courteous, responsive, professional, patient, and received the best customer service and support you can find. They walked me through everything and made the process extremely easy and fast. Additional. They offer outstanding plans with really affordable pricing. I know there are many similar companies I could've gotten the service I needed. But from the professional experience I had with their service and professionals (support and sales), I don't think I found one that can beat them. I've researched similar companies but I am extremely glad I chose Mailgun. Again. Their customer communication, service, and solutions with various features can't be beat. We've helped many customers fix their issue with their chosen provider for similar services. However. Now we are going to highly recommend Mailgun if anyone asks us to recommend a company. Service has never gone down and support is always fast and responsive.
This has happened multiple times where there account verification would not send the one time verification code on the mobile during the sign up process. I have had to contact the customer service for such basic processes which should work. How can they be trusted in delivering the emails when they can't fix there internal issue.
