We have been using their service for our first mortgage and following remortgages. They always found the best offers that were catered to our specific needs. With our most recent remortgage we decided to pay off the Help to Buy Equity Loan, which required much more paperwork and time than how our usuall remortages go, but they dealt with it as well as always. They have informed us about the timeframe beforehand and kept us updated along the way. They are very experienced in their field.
