My partner and I didn’t really have an idea on mortgages and weren’t really going to get a mortgage, just wanted to know what we needed to do to get to that stage. Ash fully explained the whole process and also stated that we would probably be able to get a mortgage. After that meeting we were added to a WhatsApp group with other members of staff. Doing it this way meant that any questions could be answered much more quickly and meant that the application could be processed in a timely manner.
