This was my second time using McCallums Property Surveyors, and once again, really helpful, prompt replies, super competitively priced, and a very easy to use portal which shows the progress of the survey. This second survey we had seemed to be in less detail than the first one, but .. we walked away from the 1st house thanks to the survey McCallums did for us, so I do believe this second house has less issues so perhaps why less detailed. Using this survey we managed to knock £500 off the agreed price, which is really helpful. I would 100% use McCallums again in the future!
