Booked and paid in the same day, 2 &1/2 weeks to go to the property- they forgot and didn’t arrange the survey until I chased multiple times after the 2&1/2 week wait. They were quite hard to get hold of over the phone. The report did come through very quickly and the price couldn’t be beaten however. I would have liked more things to be covered in the report and the ratings to be more accurate. I feel like a category is missing when there is no problem found and no repairs needed, but it’s rated a 2 because it’s not brand new. However a 2 states a few issues that needs repairing but not immediately. I tried to query this and received a very blunt response like they couldn’t be bothered “well that’s what my boss tells me to do, I took loads of photos but my boss said I’m only allowed to upload 16”. It’s ticking boxes “trust me there is no problems with that house” instead of writing more facts in the report. Would have been nice to be offered a phone call to speak through and explain the report- instead you get an email and if you have any questions; you have to get in touch.
