Clear guidance, good communication, emphatic but independent.
My experience of meditation service was quite mixed. I didnt really feel they were listening to what I was saying, had to repeat myself and communication could of been better as their were several misunderstanding but we got there in the end.
This experience was very good as Jules Sampson gave excellent advice.
