I had a very good experience with Meditation first, I was able to book my first appointment with ease. I then had a very good response to my first appointment. I was able to express my thoughts and feelings without feeling overwhelmed. Unfortunately my ex partner did not engage with the invitation to mediation. But no fault of the mediator. It was a good step to try and engage with my ex partner over children matters. I will now Persue the other options available to me.

The mediator lady that saw me was very professional and knowledgeable in the topic. She explained all the procedures in detail, telling me what to expect from them and also what they expected from me. She was patient and listened to my case. Then she gave me an appropriate advice and explained how to proceed. I will recommend them to anyone that wants to be heard or listened to.

I had a very positive experience with the mediation service. The entire process was handled in a professional and understanding manner, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. I was particularly impressed by how quickly a meeting was arranged — within just two days — which showed great efficiency and respect for my time. The mediation itself was smooth, well-organized, and conducted with care and attention. Overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend.
I found her very helpful to us and that she was really good. And based on the few sessions that we did have, her competence and ability to cut through the issues shone through. Unfortunately, we didn't complete the mediation process because ex decided that they didn't want it anymore. Havong said that, I would still highly recommend Philippa though for her thoroughness and professionalism.

Jules was superb. I had many misconceptions about the entire process of divorce and mediation which should have been cleared up by my solicitor as the arose, but were not addressed. Jules enabled me to understand far more in the 40 minutes than the solicitor did in 2 face to face meetings and countless (very expensive) email exchanges. I deeply resented having to pay £150 for what I was told "could be considered a box ticking exercise", but am now very grateful and see that £150 as money well spent. Although I could now stop the mediation process, I now see that it could be very useful and am happy to attend another meeting
