I am very happy with the service

I am very happy with the service, Craig Technician carried out the rework for us and I was very impressed with his work. He was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the job. The workmanship and finish were excellent, and he kept everything clean and tidy while working. Really pleased with the overall result and grateful for the effort and care he put into the work.

Orchard View

Anusan has been very supportive from the start of our reservation process. He has been easy to communicate with, explained the initial steps clearly, and also gave us a clear understanding of the next stages in the process. As the show homes were not available on this site, he kindly arranged viewings at nearby developments, which was very helpful in making our decision. We appreciated his flexible and considerate approach during discussions, which helped us feel confident moving forward.

Extremely disappointed

I am one of those who have had a very poor experience. Went to Woolmer Green in Hertfordshire. We wanted to take advantage of the part exchange scheme but after waiting a few days for 2 of the 3 estate agents arranged to come and give Miller Homes a valuation they confirmed by phone that agents had been , and said they would get back to us within a couple of days. That was 12 days ago. It's like ignore them them and they'll go away. I only want to buy a new house. Just rude.

5 stars for Miller Homes

We have had a positive experience with Miller Homes, the whole process from start to finish was smooth and the communication has been excellent. This has continued even after moving into our property, with support from Darren Leach and fixing any minor snags that we had promptly. The part exchange process was very quick and helped relieve a lot of the stress that comes with moving homes. Recommend to anyone!

Excellent response after water leak

Had a water leak from a connector under the bath which warped some of the skirting. After the leak was repaired and everything was dried out Dean called and carried out a very thorough inspection. Dale from the joinery team came round straight away and replaced the skirting and some of the other pieces under the bath. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard and the bathroom was left in a tidy and clean condition. Dale even swept the drive afterwards. Thank you guys, very impressed

Equally important was the kindness and professionalism shown by Sharon. Plot 95

My husband and I bought a new bungalow on the Astley Place site, Seaton Delaval. I wanted to leave a fabulous review for the sales team, in particular, the sales manager, at this site. The service we received was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and often the sales manager pushed boundaries to make our experience five star. Thank you all we are going to be very happy for years to come.

Darrell Hardcastle was brilliant in resolving all the issues we had raised with as normal cracks had developed over a period of 2 yrs. He was very good at providing tips for the maintenance of the house as well.

Excellent from start to finish!

We bought a new property with a part exchange involved at Rookery Place. From the first meeting with Jo and all the subsequent dealings with both Jo and Andy, we were looked after and it was clear that they both really cared and wanted to make our experience as good as it could be - nothing was ever too much trouble. This has continued since moving in, with both Sarah and Jack bending over backwards to make sure any questions or concerns we have are quickly dealt with and seemingly no trouble whatsoever. Although we are only a couple of weeks into our new home, we are feeling very content and feel confident that the exceptional after sales will continue! Thank you all!

Efficient customer relations

Due to problems with our chain, our move was protracted. Sue at Miller Homes was a good and sympathetic listener to our woes and we were delighted when we finally managed to move into our chosen home. There has been very little to do in the way of snagging and customer services have liaised well with us to ensure all was sorted to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the whole experience and our new home.
