We bought a new home from miller in August 2025 few snagging problems but miller have been great about getting people in to sort them out. Very surprised we havnt had more. The customer service link Kirsty has been great and we were lucky enough to have the technician Phil come out a few times to sort problems. He has been brilliant, really friendly, really good at sorting issues and leave the house as clean as it was when he came out.
Excellent work carried out by painter & decorator David Turner. Excellent attention to detail and exceptionally tidy. Could not be more delighted with his work. Thanks again.
I went to the Thorley Glade showroom office, and Elaine was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me lots of helpful information. I visited several times and had many different questions, and every time Elaine was friendly, patient, and happy to help. She always tried her best to support us as much as possible and answered all my questions about the property clearly. She even recommended a mortgage company when I needed some guidance, which I really appreciated. Overall, Elaine has been fantastic. Thank you very much.
I recently bought a 2 bedroom new build in Bishops Gate Durham. From start to finish the process was very smooth thanks to Jenifer in the sales office.Every step was explained along with regular meetings, updates and visits to site at different stages of the build. Once i moved in the great service continued with regular check-ins from customer services. The couple of small issues i had were corrected quickly and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on site.
