Ordered items from company but did not like them so returned them back paying for 1st class postage. I have not received a refund for the items and when I contacted their customer service via email I have not received any acknowledgement or response regarding the matter. Will never buy anything from this website again!!!!
Recent first order on this site. I ordered a few things, one was a jumper for my daughter, it was supposed to be a large womens, when it came I could see clearly it wasn't going to fit her, it did however fit my 7yr old niece. Second was an oversized lounge t-shirt dress, now I'm around 10/12uk this just covered my bum. The lounge set I ordered was nice quality and I also ordered a t-shirt that wasn't great quality it was long but thin. It also took a full week to arrive which makes me think they are definitely not sent from this country and should state that. I didn't see the point in sending them back, I'd rather give them to people that could use them, but I wasn't sure on their returns policy. Definitely would not recommend this site and I do 85% of my clothes shopping online.
I had a very bad experience with this company, spent over £100, order got lost, no proof of delivery given, could never get hold of them, and when i did, they said they had to wait over 1 mth to c if parcel turned up, nightmare, did get a refund after 7 weeks!!!!!
