We honestly couldn’t recommend Philip Knight highly enough. From the very first conversation we had with him — nearly a year before we even decided to put our house on the market — he was incredibly warm, friendly, approachable, and never once pushy. Throughout that whole time, Philip was always happy to answer any questions we had and gave honest, knowledgeable advice based on the market at the time. We never felt pressured, only supported and well informed. When we finally decided to sell, Philip sold our house within just a couple of weeks, and the entire process since then has been smooth sailing. Communication has been excellent throughout, and we’re now on track to complete at the end of May. Selling a home can be stressful, but Philip made the experience feel calm, straightforward, and genuinely positive. I am a landlord and worked with Caroline Ryan who is Moveli's rep in Wandsworth and the surrounding SW areas. I have worked with many estate agents previously and have been so disappointed that I ended up doing it myself. I couldn't do that this year because of poor health, and Caroline was a superstar and an absolute breath of fresh air. She actually cared about my property and getting me good tenants who would look after it, and was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process - and very efficient too! She's a lovely woman and really knows her stuff. I cannot recommend her enough - you won't be disappointed.

David was simply amazing! He sold my penthouse in London. This was not a basic property, it had unique features and appealed to a certain type of buyer. The likes of Foxtons could not attract that clientele. It was a flat in a block of flats which had the usual fire safety issues like cladding etc. David fully understood the issue- and also the progress made (EWS1 issued)- and could explain the situation well to a buyer. He was moving things along and invested a lot of personal time to make sure things were progressing and to get the deal done. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past. David is exceptional- and goes hundredfold above and beyond what others do. I can highly recommend him (and have recommended him to others who also successfully sold through him).
