David is smart, hugely hard working, and well-plugged in. He absolutely nailed it with the sale of our flat. So we also employed him for the sale of my deceased brother's property.
We found the bespoke service provided by David (Dec23) to sell our property exceeded our expectations. Rather than showing many people our property in the hope that some would be interested, David would filter interested parties, only showing them our property if they had funds available; were serious in their intentions and would work with the time constraints. Compared to other estate agents who tended to be passive with the conveycing process, David would liaise with all of the solicitors and agents involved, to push exchange and completion. Sharon came in with a clear, intelligent sales strategy that my partner and I could immediately understand and get behind.
