My wonderful estate agent was Stephen Codner. I was very sceptical of estate agents when I put my east London flat on the market. However I was sweetly surprised working with Stephen. He was knowledgeable, kept me up to date, explained processes and chased solicitors on my behalf. He literally went above and beyond and he really did deliver on all the promises made. Stephen communicated with me every step of the way. Even on a Sunday! He called or messaged back at his earliest convenience and it was always timely. I am so grateful to have had his support while on this journey.
