We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas and six weeks before completion totally without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again.
