I purchased the office suite for my daughter's new laptop. Installation was smooth (follow the instructions). Unfortunately, the touchpad started to sound scratchy. Had to return for an exchange, which means installed Office 2024 is gone. Shot an email to the customer service on weekend. Got replied within an hour. David helped me with a new code.
