Myler EPC provided a professional and responsive service in delivering my new EPC. I did find that my installation scored a D compared to its earlier C rating, even though no components had changed. Myler EPC explained that the automated software assessment criteria had changed in 2025, with the effect that electrical storage and immersion heating systems now scored lower than before 2025. Somewhat counter-intuitive, given the move away from gas and/or oil heating.
