Was unable to deliver to me, and therefore the delivery label expired. Customer service bot was unhelpful. When I finally got through to a human the advice was informative but very slow and frustrating. I did not get the outcome I wanted. I ultimately had to go to a different company which was more expensive
I order my protein from here all the time, this will be my last.. they've changed the advertising for for whey protein now by sharing its "so many servings".. so i ordered the 90 serving size at £72.50 it arrived and the pack actually contains 2.7kg by weight.. my last order of exactly the same product was £84.00 for 5kg... now im no mathematician but that's a lot more profit going there way.. how very deceiving Myprotein
