Delivery late. Box damaged and open when arrived. Missing product. Spent 1h20 on live chat with no resolution. Would not use again. I’ve asked for a complaint to be raised.

Well their products are amazing but I ordered a pack of protein powder which didn’t even get dispatched. I reached out to customer service and the person was quite insightful but they said the had no record of my purchase. 5 star when you get the goods but when it doesn't show up and you have to spend all night haggling customer service, it’s annoying. Oh yeah I didn’t get a refund either. Now I’m £16 down and can’t get them gains 👍
Refused to acknowledge my refund for weeks and then once they found my refund didn’t initially refund the correct amount. Incredibly difficult to get responses and wait times are very long. Will not be using them again..
I timed my delivery to be when I got back from holiday and, without asking or confirming, I was given next day delivery which was then delivered when I was not in and the entire order got soaked, not to mention the trouble I had on holiday trying to talk to a person to complain that I didn't want next day delivery.
Was unable to deliver to me, and therefore the delivery label expired. Customer service bot was unhelpful. When I finally got through to a human the advice was informative but very slow and frustrating. I did not get the outcome I wanted. I ultimately had to go to a different company which was more expensive
