Nationwide Renewables has a severely damaged reputation (2.7/5) due to critical failures in post-installation documentation, lack of required MCS certification, and poor customer service, though installation quality itself is sometimes praised.

Instalation very good but after service terrible. Im still waiting for paperwork so I can go onto Octopus because this compay have not provided an MCS or Flxiorb certificate. On checking this company is not MCS approved so buyers beware it will cost you an extra £250 to get these documents for which you have been told by Nationwide they will sort. Then when you try to contact them you get no response. I feel as if I've been scammed by Yorkshires so called NO1 renewable energy supplier
I was told by the company employed to install the solar panels they had been given the wrong instructions, so the installation took 12 hours instead of the quoted 5 hours, half the installation was done in the dark. The battery supplied was wrong and was replaced about a week later. The original inverter was also wrong and the correct one fitted about a week later. Eventually the installation was all correct but the organisation was very poor hence the 2 star rating.
Based on 40 verified customer reviews, Nationwide Renewables holds an average rating of 2.7 out of 5 — rated Poor on ReviewTerminal. 43% of customers gave 4 or 5 stars.
