Nationwide Renewables has a severely damaged reputation (2.7/5) due to critical failures in post-installation documentation, lack of required MCS certification, and poor customer service, though installation quality itself is sometimes praised.

Have had some struggle to get hold of customer services before but once had contact with Emma in company had a lot more correspondence and help She sorted most of my issues and was very helpful going forward
It all started off very well, I accepted the quote, installation was very quick afterwards, nice guys, but then trying to get paperwork back was horrendous, until one year later, Emma took the reigns and sorted out the issue within the week! She was fantastic and I only wish she’d been there from the start. Apologies for the 4 stars but I was so angry with the admin/follow up department! Hopefully things are finally starting to improve. Thank you again, Emma! 👍
We did initially have issues. The installation went really well but we struggled to get the relevant paperwork. Since we managed to get in contact with Selima things have been resolved quickly. All paperwork was received within days and the communication was excellent. We are now waiting for Octopus as the DNO gas been sent to them. Hopefully the final piece of the puzzle is in sight.
The installation went smoothly the engineers did a great job. The only let down was the documents It took them 4 months after the installation before I received anything. these were needed to export any surplus energy that the panel produced. Their explanation was that they were under new management and upgrading their online system. I have eventually received most of my documents apart from my itemised invoice which they agreed to provide ( need to be itemised to prove that you own the whole system). The was help by their staff member Salma, who was very helpful with these documents.
I was under the impression that Nationwide Renewables automatically sent all the relevant documents to Octopus Energy on completion of installation of the solar panels. I since found out that they didn’t. I had to ask for my DNO letter to be resent to me. This was done straight away and I have now forwarded it to Octopus.
