Your customer service and returns…

Your customer service and returns assistantance is non existent ... its a shame .. you would expect that from an overseas supplier .. but from an Ozzie brand I expected so much better . Lift your game. Sorry .. but 1 star on this product as your care of customers ... and the only reason you have a business is bad bad.

The owners are horrible people

I was genuinely excited to find a cycling brand with affordable prices. The high cost of gear in this sport is largely unnecessary. I reached out to Lizzi (co-owner and founder) expressing my excitement and interest in doing some video work in exchange for some kit to use in the videos. I'm a freelance videographer and cold pitching brands is a typical part of the job. I sent a full pitch deck via email and sent an Instagram DM briefly explaining my idea. She replied to my DM, "No thank you!". Totally fine and usually expected, although considering the time, research, and interest I gave to her brand, maybe something more than 3 words could be mustered. I responded, "No Problem! Can I ask why you might not be interested?" I take any feedback I can get." She replied, "Because we don't need it?" One, that's not feedback. Two, it's unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. I was honestly dumbfounded by this response after praising and showing interest in her brand. I couldn't help myself. "Oh, because your engagement is terrible." (a fact and something I wanted to help improve). "After reading your Trustpilot reviews your response makes sense. Good luck to ya." Her response, "'I take any feedback I can get' then comes with back with that. We do more than 10mil of revenue a year so no we don't need you to be making us videos. Good luck begging for work though." She then blocked me on Instagram. I shouldn't have to explain anything here. It's very dark. "Good luck begging for work" is an insane thing to say to someone. It shows complete disrespect of other people and a detachment I can't begin to understand. This kind of conduct can't last in the long run. It eventually catches up to you. I sincerely hope it happens sooner rather than later.

Ordered the Vercetti jersey for a race…

Ordered the Vercetti jersey for a race last year and the sleeves were/are insanely tight and don't stretch much at all. The chest fits perfectly fine, but the the sleeves are absurd unless you actually run them all the way to your elbow which I hate doing. (Makes wearing a roadie jersey look even dorkier than it already does.) Wasn't enough time to set up an exchange, but then the chest size probably would've been too loose based on it seemed to fit as designed there. So I didn't bother, that and they charge you to return and ship again and would been pretty upside down and likely still stuck with an ill fitting jersey. Every other jersey I can pull the sleeves up to my triceps easilly if I want so it looks more like a t-shirt (they actually stretch), not this damn thing. Literally so tight it cuts off my arm circulation if I try to pull them up some. If you're built like a bean pole you're probably fine, some of us do more than ride bikes and have some muscle on us.

Bought 2 pairs of the bib shorts

Bought 2 pairs of the bib shorts. Had to return them because they run small. The sizing chart didn't match up with the shorts. They wouldn't exchange, or refund, they only offer store credit. It took a month to send the bibs back, get store credit, and receive the larger pairs. The shorts fit oddly. The legs are almost over my knees, the straps seem rough compared to what I normally wear. I haven't worn them yet, but kind of wish they would have just refunded me. It's worth paying more for kits that fit. Plus this feedback was deleated once posted.

Poor quality, Poor fit - that’s why it’s cheap.

The cycling jerseys are certainly not pro cut, not quality material, not a snug aero fit. I used the size guide, and the sleeves fit nicely, but the torso is too long and roomie and bunches up. Cheap jersey, but I won’t wear it, waste of money!! You can’t get a refund, only store credit and you have to pay for shipping to send it back.

Low quality! Don’t buy!

Low quality bibs!! Even for the price which is so disappointing. I wanted to post my review on their site but can’t find a way to do so even though I’m a verified purchaser. Which makes me think their positive reviews are fake or filtered… Their quality claims are false. These feel so cheap and their returns policy is the worst I’ve ever seen. Don’t buy!!

I bought a full kit from NeoPro :(

I bought a full kit from NeoPro for about 120 dollars. Think Temu quality. The kit seems to be functional, decent looking and it fits tight, but that's where the positives stop. Here comes the negatives: the fabric is itchy and and feels rather plastiky. You keep thinking about it as you ride instead of just forgetting and enjoying the ride. The seems in the bibs are irritating and keep rubbing the body. The pockets on the jersey is way too high and hard to reach. It feels like twisting your arm every time. The padding on the bibs it's almost nonexistent, and it feels pretty bad on a long ride. If you think that this is cheap and expected I would counter that kits half the price have better quality than this. I think they spent all money on advertising and forgot to develop a decent product. The worst is the company does not offer refunds. They will give you a store credit after you pay for the return shipping but why would they do that if their product is so bad.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! One of the main issues was the sizing of the products. To make matters worse, Neo Pro does not allow for straightforward exchanges. Instead, they only offer store credit, requiring customers to purchase another item rather than simply exchanging the product. Given the current standards of efficient online shopping, Neo Pro's practices are far below what is expected. Based on my experience, I would rate Neo Pro at the bottom in terms of customer satisfaction and service.

Poor quality control and dismissive customer service. Sometimes a low price comes at too high a cost. My NeoPro bibs tore along the inner thigh seam after only a few months of normal use. I’ve owned many other brands over the years and never had seams fail like this. When I contacted NeoPro, their team initially replied promptly, but once I questioned their refusal to issue a refund, communication stopped. It’s now been months with no response despite multiple follow-ups. Reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Many customers describe the same combination of poor product durability and lack of accountability. That kind of consistency usually reflects company culture and direction—something that starts at the top. If the owners are serious about building trust in the NeoPro brand, they should take a close look at how customers are being treated. I’ll certainly be sharing this experience with others I cycle with, so they can make informed decisions before buying. Check out the comments from Reddit posts about NeoPro.... Plenty of people piling up even recently to let people know how shonky NeoPro is...

Careful before you buy and can't get a refund.

When ordering, not clearly posted that you can't get a refund, only credit. Sizing off on two different items and no respond from a human when contacting customer service. I did keep one jacket, but the wind blocking flap often get caught in the zipper. I'd look elsewhere in the future.

RETURN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I bought a bib short and wanted to return. But buyer has to pay return shipping and top of that you get STORE CREDIT, Instead of Full Refund back to your card. Who does that these days? This is a crime. Basically, they want you to spend that store credit on their products. Absolutely ridiculous. Not very friendly return service. Not RECOMMENDING this company.

No refund

No refund. Accidentally ordered the wrong product and then re-ordered the correct one on the assumption they would refund. Was warned warehouse processing would take one week, instead they took the money and immediately dispatched. One jersey was not in stock, they shipped the rest of the order before offering me a partial refund. Terrible customer service!!

Wrong sizing & zero customer care

Purchased a medium size top as I had in the past & when it arrived it was smaller than my size small tops. When I asked for a larger size, they said I couldn’t return it. Wil never buy again from them & would not recommend them. I’ve found quality cycling gear on other sites cheaper & way more accurate with sizing & without the lack of customer care. Spend your money anywhere unless you feel like making a donation to someone who doesn’t care about customers or satisfaction.
