The worst online shopping experience that I have ever had! I've been buying cycling clothing online for over 2 decades, and never had issues like this. The sizing is totally wrong. I ordered according to their sizing chart - should have been a medium - and the Shorts were basically 2 sizes too small. And you have to send it back at your own cost even though it's their fault. And with all these pedantic instructions that you have to follow, or they'll charge you an extra fee. And they don't give a refund, just offer Store Credit. This company treats it's customers with contempt. Well, it will never get my business ever again.
The whole process of dealing with this cycling brand was terrible from the start. Poor sizing, poor quality and very poor customer service. The branding logos fell off after the first cold wash. Their response? Item still works, no refund. Even then, the refund is a credit. Useless if you don’t ever want to deal with them again. My response….. I made sure I rode with the remainder of their logo “Neop..” visible, telling every other cyclist I ride with the story of their poor quality, poor experience. Plenty of other brands out there that are x100 better in every way.
I ordered a custom team kit from NeoPro and the experience was unacceptable. -The order took over 10 weeks to arrive despite being quoted 6 weeks; -The custom jerseys do not match the colours on the signed-off artwork (navy/blues were replaced with purples); and -The sizing is inconsistent — the custom “Large” runs a full size smaller than NeoPro’s retail Large, yet the website only provides a single size guide. When I raised these issues, NeoPro blamed different materials, then responded dismissively, gaslit me about the problem, and ultimately stopped engaging. The result: unusable kit, wasted time, and a company unwilling to resolve a clear mistake. Do not trust NeoPro for custom orders.
I found sizes not to be true to size - very small compared to what is is listed. Bought a jersey size as per size chart on sale which I can't return - was so small is absolutely useless. Bought Bibs not on sale as per size chart - no chance of getting these on so I returned for store credit. Was given store credit for about 10 minutes then cancelled. They said I returned without tags. Rubbish - taken out of bag and looked at - no chance of fitting so returned to bag. Never saw any tags. So I've spent $165 plus $20 return post and ended up with nothing. Jersey in the Bin and Bibs I told them to keep then. Customer Service - Bad - never again. Would not recommend
I figured I try the brand. Give the lesser known a chance. Don't even bother. The bibs are not even worth half the price paid. Unable to get my money back. STORE CREDIT ONLY! Just buy from Amazon. Or pay the extra for good bibs of your favorite brand. Today received items from my store credit. Socks, Leg and Arm warmers. As of now the quality is much better than the bibs. I'll be finding out on how warm they are in a couple days.
I ordered 2 of the new NeoPro Bibs v2.0. Both size L. I received the items in good time, however when I went to try them on, only one pair would fit me. The 2 bibs were completely different size. The second pair would not go past my thighs. I could not get them high enough to get the braces on. When I reached out to NeoPro I was advised that the size difference is within their tolerance. So basically according to NeoPro, it is ok to order 2 of the same Bibs, Size L, and one cannot be worn due to being so much smaller than the first pair, and that is my problem. No offer to return or refund the item. This is just bad customer service, I won't be buying form them again if I cannot trust the sizing and if NeoPro aren't willing to fix issues like this.
Let's be honest made in China not alot cheaper than quality brand like Castelli . On my second pair of bibs padding just OK . Jerseys good quality and well priced.
The material seemed good for the price. Although their chart sizing is wayyyy off. Plus you have to pay for return shipping as well as having it shipped again. Customer service is beyond useless. They want me to figure out why my package hasn’t arrived 😂 what’s the sense In buying from them if you aren’t guaranteed your product. Stay away, other brands are better and easier to deal with the minor hiccups.
Not a bad product for the price, but the customer service and experience were so bad. I had a faulty product and asked for a return according to their return policy. Attached photos and paid for the postal Return. A few days later, I received an email stating that they could not accept the return, but offered two options. 1. They destroy the product or 2. I pay for the return of the faulty product to myself. I did not find either of these options acceptable and asked to speak to someone to solve the issue. My response...The fault was not theirs or the manufacturers, it was mine...Wow. Talk about accusations. Anyway, I was not happy, and it now became a matter of principle that I would argue this. Long story short, after many emails, I got a response that they noted on my request return that I included photos of the faulty product and I therefore received a store credit. AND... paid for postage again. After all that, I am happy to pay a high price for quality AND customer service. I will not be going back to NEOPRO along with many cycling friends too after telling them about my experience.
Unfortunately I find myself writing a 1 start review due to unprofessional and very disappointing customer service. My husband purchased a cycling bib for me as a gift and unfortunately due to the sizing chart not matching the true size of the garment it was too small. As it was a gift and was given to me a week past the 30 day exchange policy I was refused an exchange. I appreciate this policy exists and as a business owner myself for over 20 years I understand that customer service is top priority and by providing quality after care customer service it always pays itself back ten fold. Unfortunately customer service no longer exists within these online only business platforms. We have learnt a lesson and it has made us realise that we have been letting our own local business down by supporting online scammers or online business who, once they receive your money, do not care about their customers. We will go back to supporting our local businesses and many wonderful local cycling shops whom support our local community, provide jobs and provide amazing customer service.
I DO NOT recommend this company. I ordered according to their size guide and they were WAY TOO tight (I am lean and I like tight). They would not do a refund although the fault was on their side, and would not honor an exchange when returned. I’ve read other reviews on sizing problems so they may have a quality control problem.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability This was my first time ordering from Neopro Cycling, and sadly, it will be my last. I followed their size chart carefully but was unsure whether I should get a Small or Medium. To be cautious, I went with Medium – only to find that everything was way too big when it arrived. Naturally, I wanted to exchange for a Small, but every single item I needed was out of stock in that size. I followed their return policy and reached out via email requesting a refund instead of store credit since they simply didn’t have my size. All I received were automated responses – no acknowledgment of their limited stock or any real customer support. I persisted, but still no proper reply – just a store credit I can't use. I then turned to social media hoping to get a resolution, only for Lizzi to delete my comments and block me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Their tagline about “helping Aussie cyclists” feels like a total joke. Their customer service and business ethics are anything but Australian. Be very wary ordering from this company – especially if you're unsure about sizing. You're on your own if anything goes wrong and they get to keep your cash.

SCAM COMPANY - they don't do refunds and keep that fact hidden all the way down on their web page. This is a material fact that isn't appropriately disclosed. Awful customer service.
So far I have not received what I ordered. I’m talking more about how long it takes to ship from ordering to receiving item will be 10 days assuming it gets to me when it’s supposed to. They are out of Niagra New York so if close to there you should get item quicker. They use usps which is slow as molasses so so far I don’t know if I would use them again just on how long it takes to ship item alone I’ll update review once I receive my jersey
