Do not use! No customer service, would not amend order after I placed it and immediately realised I had incorrectly put an old address.
Inadequate Customer Service and Product Quality The company’s customer service and product quality are severely lacking. While the jerseys exhibit satisfactory durability, the bibs and shorts’ elasticity deteriorates after repeated wear. These items begin to separate in non-wear areas and eventually become transparent due to the compromised fabric quality. Notably, the company does not offer a warranty after five wears, which strongly suggests that these issues are rooted in product quality problems. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue my purchases from this company. While I appreciate the ability to match my jerseys and bibs, I will no longer consider purchasing bibs from this company.
I wanted an inexpensive backup kit, so I bought a "basic" jersey and bibs for just over $100. I couldn't be happier. Fit as expected, with no unusual surprises. I can't comment on long-term durability yet, but initial impression on quality is excellent. I'm a fan.
Horrible customer service and quality. You can find better quality on Alibaba. I bought 2 jerseys and 1 bib. Bib has a minimal pad. I’ve tried to return and they only offer credit store and charged me $25 for return, also they don’t even provide a return label.
Purchased 2 jerseys in the wrong size. Only tried on one and then repackaged and sent back at my own expense to which I was greeted with a gift card for only 1 jersey and an email saying I stained the item and will not be able to exchange. Terrible service and return policy and while we’re at it terrible sizing guide. Overall would not recommend at all.
Ordered large size cycling shorts at the discounted price of $45, which were in stock at the time of order. I received size extra small. Neopro told me it was my fault for not reviewing the order. They offered me a store credit upon me paying for the return of the shorts. At this time the price of the shorts had risen to $65. Very poor customer service. I will never use them again.
Purchased the NeoPro Cargo Bib Shorts. Quality and fit is poor for the money. Chamois is uncomfortable and fabric quite thin. I can only ride in them for an hour max. Also gave me saddle sores. If it wasn't for the decent pockets I'd give them only 1 star. I have $30 bibs from a well known Chinese online retailer that are better. Sorry NeoPro, I really wanted to like these and order again, but no.
Purchase bike shorts and top for husband for Christmas. All paid including shipping. No items received . Neopro kept sending me back to USPS saying it was delivered . USPS stopped responding to inquiries and neopro just washed their hands of it. Crappy customer service . Too risky to order from a company like this

The sizing is wildly, insanely inaccurate, and you can only return for store credit minus shipping. The item I ordered had 2,000+ 5-star reviews. After recieivng, I find that inconceivable.
