I was recently recovered to Coventry

I was recently recovered to Coventry branch as it was the nearest for a tyre blow out it was very unpleasant expirience to say the least we arrived at 16:00 we was aware the was closing at 17:30, although the still had some time to sort us out with a replacement or fix issue however my journey was very unpleasant as no replacement vehicle was supplied tyre was not repaired and I was told to make my own way home, the only option I was given was a tyre line for a mobile technician to fix the tyre to which I was told I’d have to leave the premisses and wait for the mobile fitter to arrive which took 3 hours and an hour to repair the tyre which It resulted to me to comming to Cannock branch the following morning due to the tyre loosing pressure. On top of all that the Coventry branch staff left a lot to be desired when it comes to customer skills you could they are none existent the coffe machine and tv was off for the duration of me being there and when the last staff was about to leave only then I got asked if I want to leave my keys there as if I wasn’t there for the last hour and half. However if I were to compare the expirience between Coventry and Cannock it’s a night a day expierience Cannock has looked after me the moment I landed here with polite customer service and refreshment especially the 2 guys at the front desk harg and cliff kept me updated on the progress of my vehicles throught the whole procedure. To summaries I highly hope you land in Cannock and if you here that you’re going to be recovered to Coventry I wish you luck and prepare for a expirience of a life time 1 Star for Coventry 5 Stars for Cannock
