I really love my watch, it feels solid and yet comfortable and the materials used to make it look and feel so sturdy! The piece doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap looking!
I loved the experience of shopping at Nuamore. I loved the 2 pairs of ear rings and bracelet. They look exactly like the pictures , luxurious and high quality. How ever the softwares necklace broke in 2 weeks, even the hook was not strong, when I open it, it didn’t close back.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company! The watch is cute but of low quality--that is livable for the price point. The company itself is basically running a scam! So when you're ready to check out, they will automatically include a kit that you can use to remove extra links from the band. You CANNOT remove this kit from your basket, but you think that something similar can be bought from Amazon for about the same amount of money so it's fine...but still a red flag! You should be able to remove something from the cart, right? I ordered anyway. The watch finally shows up but there's no kit. Contact them and they assure me that another kit has already been "dispatched ". I'm assured that I can follow the package with the link provided, but the link goes absolutely nowhere! A week later, nothing has arrived and we go back and forth some more with more promises of urgent escalation and more "dispatching" of packaged kits! They must have "dispatched" approximately 3 kits at this point. Nothing arrives and I finally get them to issue a refund for the kit. 7 dollars is refunded but all the "dispatched " kits never arrive--in other words, nothing was ever sent out! Angry about being lied to and not really loving the watch, decide to return the watch. Return the watch, get an email saying that the watch was received. A week later, ask about a refund and get an email stating that the 7 dollar kit was refunded. Ask about the watch again and told that the case will be escalated--they really enjoy saying that! Still no refund! They want to make it really difficult, complicated (need to first send photos of the watch in order for the return to be approved--what??), and costly (restocking fee) in the hopes that you will forget about it or give up altogether! Don't buy--not worth the time, effort, or aggravation!
