I ordered a watch as a gift, and while it showed delivered, it was unfortunately dropped at the wrong address. After confirming the error, the company quickly shipped a replacement! Couldn't ask for a better - and quicker - response.
I really like the watch. I just wish the face was larger. It appeared larger on some of the pictures. Overall, it’s very nice.

I am enjoying my delicate tumbled small Pearl celestial sea necklace which I have repurposed as a bracelet by wrapping it around my wrist twice. I like that it is easier to do up than the standard bracelets from the collection and it won’t scratch my Giselle watch. I wish I could post a picture of it but there appears to be no option to do so. The Amaya sand earrings are similarly feminine and delicate giving a more finished and polished look without being overpowering. I will likely be living in them. I have been very happy with the customer service and being able to swap out items I got on offer by offering gift vouchers less return postage. A returns label can be printed out and it can be left in a locker for collection which saves a lot of aggro. With the standard bracelets I did not have the dexterity to do them up unfortunately hence swapping them out.
When placing an order for a watch there was an offer for a discount which I accepted. I misunderstood the offer and thought the discount was on the order I was placing. It turned out to be a discount on a second watch. When I brought this to their attention they promptly refunded the the second order and all is well.
I received my gold Oceana ladies watch and I'm over the moon ecstatic! It's so classy with understated elegance, and heavy. The electronic updates were prompt and accurate, I was kept abreast of its tracking every step of the way. This is NOT a fake review, I'm a real person and saw their ads on Facebook newsfeed. It comes in the most beautiful box wrapped in a blue ribbon too. I'm saving the box because it's so pretty. I took it to a jeweler to have it sized professional (he took out 4 links) because I'm not good at using tiny tools like what they send with the watch.
The watch is beautiful, love it. Had an issue with the clasp which would open when wearing. Contacted customer service, sent a short video and the watch was replaced. Thank-you
