I ordered a watch for Mothers Day and I still have not received it. When I contact the company through email (because its the only option) I have gotten the runaround about where the watch is. Very Disappointed. Lets see if a watch arrives or I get a refund!

They are pretty scammy. They make it hard to return. They will do everything possible to make you not return. 5 emails just for them to tell you how to return it. They also charge for the shipping label and 6% processing fee and it has to be within two weeks of received instead of the standard month. Also, the watches feel cheap. I would never buy from here again. Regret buying.
Make sure you are 100% sure you want your item before ordering! The company’s return policies are onerous. It is not a simple process. I had to send an email, they replied, and it wasn’t until the the third or fourth round of back and forth emails when I was finally granted permission to return an item for which I paid $140. In other words, it’s not a Rolex. They want photos of the item AND the packaging, and then they will send (finally) a return label. I would never buy from them again! There will be a 6% fee as well as a fee for the return label. Oh, and did I mention that the box, when it was shipped to me, was wrapped and taped in plastic that was impossible to cut through with sharp scissors? Don’t order from Nuamore unless you are dead sure.
Difficult to remove pins to take out links. Had to take to a jeweler to remove after purchasing the link remover from Nuamore.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company! The watch is cute but of low quality--that is livable for the price point. The company itself is basically running a scam! So when you're ready to check out, they will automatically include a kit that you can use to remove extra links from the band. You CANNOT remove this kit from your basket, but you think that something similar can be bought from Amazon for about the same amount of money so it's fine...but still a red flag! You should be able to remove something from the cart, right? I ordered anyway. The watch finally shows up but there's no kit. Contact them and they assure me that another kit has already been "dispatched ". I'm assured that I can follow the package with the link provided, but the link goes absolutely nowhere! A week later, nothing has arrived and we go back and forth some more with more promises of urgent escalation and more "dispatching" of packaged kits! They must have "dispatched" approximately 3 kits at this point. Nothing arrives and I finally get them to issue a refund for the kit. 7 dollars is refunded but all the "dispatched " kits never arrive--in other words, nothing was ever sent out! Angry about being lied to and not really loving the watch, decide to return the watch. Return the watch, get an email saying that the watch was received. A week later, ask about a refund and get an email stating that the 7 dollar kit was refunded. Ask about the watch again and told that the case will be escalated--they really enjoy saying that! Still no refund! They want to make it really difficult, complicated (need to first send photos of the watch in order for the return to be approved--what??), and costly (restocking fee) in the hopes that you will forget about it or give up altogether! Don't buy--not worth the time, effort, or aggravation!
