Well, In today's Day & age where we do almost 90% of Shopping online, we expect easier returns process for sure. Amazon has changed our habits of almost buying anything as soon as you like it because you can return it easily. That's not the case with this company. We need to send at least 4 emails before they will even approve a customer to return an item. They need detailed reasoning, Photos of Packaging, Photos of Item, Photos of all the content in the Box, etc. They also try to push you to accept a Store Credit instead of just returning. If you are able to spend that much time & effort with them via emails, you still need to Pay for 6% restocking fee, Return Label fee and then wait for 2-4 weeks to get your money back. Until then, you are on the hook and just praying. I won't waste my time in future to shop on this website after having gone through my last return process experience.
