I made a contract with them in January, after many bureaucratic problems because their software canceled my contract at first, and then there has been a mess with the refunds... Fortunately, and it is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star to their service, the client service works really well, I talked with Melodie, which is also a fluent English speaker and we managed to solve all of the problems together and in little time.

Specifically, your advisors, Alexandre last month and Margaux today, both of whom speak excellent English, which saved me from struggling in French on the telephone and both of whom understood and resolved the problems I was experiencing in a friendly and knowledgeable style.
