What a breath of fresh air to be able to talk with someone at a utility company: i) without having to wait ages for the phone to be answered; ii) by someone (Romain in this case) who quickly understood the issue and competently resolved it; and iii) followed up by email to give written confirmation of the agreed steps being taken.

Needed to Change tariff but process not clear but with the help of Ibrahim was able to get the job done and get on the tariff I wanted.
