2 months after claim, no reply. What have I paid for?

I was in a position where I almost needed to rely on this service, but after submitting two claims and a follow-up email, I received absolutely no response. The initial claim was submitted in December, and now, in February, I haven’t even received an acknowledgement. OnlyMyShare claims to provide support when housemates fail to pay rent, but my experience has left me with zero confidence that they would actually follow through if it ever came to that. Thankfully, my situation resolved itself, but I now feel like I wasted money on a service I can’t trust if I ever need to rely on them. Posting anonymously to protect my identity.
