I placed an order on 4 April and received no updates until I followed up myself on 13 April, only to be told that items in my order were out of stock. This directly contradicts the company’s stated processing times (shipping within 24 hours for in-stock items). There was no proactive communication at any point, and I only received movement on the order after escalating the issue. The order was eventually delivered on the 20th of April, over two weeks since having placed it initially. The process was poorly managed and lacked basic transparency. If you’re ordering from OxyAider, be prepared to follow up yourself, communication is not proactive and their processing times are not clear.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Placed an order on 16 March for 3 items. My order was placed with me paying a direct EFT. From FNB TO FNB so payment would’ve reflected immediately. I sent proof of payment to the email address stated on the invoice. By 18 March I had received no feedback about my order so I emailed asking for an update. I received no reply and sent another email on 20 March, STILL NO REPLY. I had to phone on 20 March and finally got feedback saying that my order was cancelled due to no payment. I explained the situation and sent proof of payment to them AGAIN. They said they will start the process of my order and it will take 4-7 business days to be processed. I asked for them to rush it as it had already been 4 DAYS with nothing being done. The response was extremely rude. On 30 MARCH I had to call AGAIN finding out where my order is. It is now 31 March and only half of my order was delivered. This company does not care about customer care!!

Products are perfect but service delivery was terrible I waited extremely long for my order. Very disappointed as when you order medical supplies there is definitely a sense of urgency.
Worst service ever!!! Placed an order for items that was in stock on their website, no feedback for 10 days, I reached out to them when they THEN informed we that they dont have stock! I requested a refund and NOTHING further has happend! 15 days into this scam called Oxyaider!! USELESS!!

Good day … My experience is very bad with Oxyaider as it’s my first time doing Business with them . They lack communication and customer service . I paid for my order only today after struggling to get hold of them , they are telling me that some other items will be available after 4- 6 weeks . I’m honestly disappointed at them when I ask to speak to the Managers they are not available. To my surprise they indicated that all stick is available. I have been communicating with Adress and Eunice . Unfortunately I will never do business with them again .
Takes a very long time to deliver, while inquiries they replied they don't have stock, waiting for it, so why don't you mention it when we purchased online
