Padi travel is very easy to use and the communication is excellent. Booked a trip and received a phone call immediately o confirm that it was pending and a confirmation would be sent soon. We have used PADI Travel in the past and had a excellent experience.
Booking my vacation on padi.com was easy and efficient. I was able to research various hotels as well as scuba diving operators all on their website. Booking was clear and efficient, with all of my information in one place. I did receive several emails sent from a bulk box that were not necessary to my stay, this being the only slightly frustrating thing that happened. All questions I had were quickly answered. I would definitely book with padi again in the future!

Easy to book. Booked my Thailand Dive trip through PADI Travel, it is easy and reliable. This is my fourth booking and when traveling overseas to dive PADI is my go to for Dive resorts and travel assistance for booking the resorts.
Easy to use, I used the chat system and had a very helpful live chat with a real person who handled my request and booked the resort that I wanted for me. She contacted the resort and set up the reservation for me. Unfortunately I never actually checked with the resort's website to see their prices till a few days after PADI Travel had charged my deposit. The resort was offering the identical reservation significantly cheaper than I had agreed to pay PADI Travel and PADI Travel said their Best rate guarantee had expired, I was too late to get them to do anything about the lower price the resort as now offering. If I had checked the resorts web site earlier I would of booked directly with them at the lower rate!
This is my 1st time using PADI Travel. So far, it's been great! Gabriel is attentive, informative, thorough and overall has been a pleasure to work with.
