PayPal had enabled a company, eDreams to fraudulently steal money from my account. Here's what happened: I was thinking to buy a flight ticket via eDreams and via PayPal. Normally PayPal would ask me to confirm any payment to a third party before authorising a payment. This step was completely bypassed, and PayPal thus enabled eDreams to take an unconfirmed payment of almost £500 from my account. I, immediately, reported the theft to PayPal, PayPal agreed to refund the payment to me, but have not stuck to this agreement. Hence, I raised the issue with my bank who are now investigating the unauthorised payment and also got my bank to block any business with PayPal via my account. I have completely lost faith in PayPal, as I expected them to look after my money not to allow fraud on my account. I would not recommend thar anyone does business via PayPal, after they allowed fraud on my account.
when you stop working with them they will charge you 3 months because that how it is stipulated in the contract. how to terminate the contract is so difficultly setup in the website that you need to ask support where the botton is to cancel.

We experienced a minor issue for which we didn't expect a solution because of complexity, but reported anyway. Paynl actually managed to fix it. So support was above expectation today. My company has been a customer for a long time at paynl. Their support has been great those years.

I ordered a beauty advent calandar from Senvor using Pay to process the payment. This ended up being a scam, with the company sending a sheet of paper via Evri rather than the product I ordered. This allowed the order to show as shipped, although I obviously didn’t recieve it. I contacted Pay via their messaging service and they were not interested at all. I’m assuming they continue to work with this company and probably others just like it!
The staff reacts very quickly, and solved the problem promptly, and we can communicate with the support staff via chat directly. Very trustful.
If you use local payment methods on your website, not all payments will be registered. The payment is received in your dashboard, but not in your store. It's a synchronization issue they cannot solve. Very unprofessional. --- Als je lokale betaalmethoden op je website gebruikt, worden niet alle betalingen geregistreerd. De betaling komt wel aan in je dashboard, maar niet in de webshop. Een synchronisatieprobleem dat ze niet kunnen oplossen. Erg onprofessioneel.

Thought you were interested in protecting people's transactions with companies who con you out of money never received my goods yet you DECIDE they are not at fault , how much money do you make from these rogue companies to decide in their favour. You are as bad as they are NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN
On January 9, I found my transaction and sent the information on it to my e-mail. While unsuccessfully tried to solve the issue with the seller for 2 weeks, the transaction disappeared, i.e. it is impossible to complain about the seller. On January 23, at the request of tech support, I provided a bank statement with details of the transaction, and for 4 days I have been completely ignored. The lesson is to work with paypal and not to get in touch with any unscrupulous places like this.
