They did a great follow up to bring me onboard and helped me to use the platform in the right way. Whenever I had an issue somebody helped me even if I was in free package.
Did a bank transfer to pay.nl for an online merchant. A week later pay.nl stated no payment received despite sending payment confirmations from my bank. Contacted the bank who traced the payments using MT103 which is globally accepted as proof of payment and yet the customer service response was contact your bank to investigate?? No help at all on this matter when my bank have clearly already investigated and provided proof of payment being received the same day the payment was sent! Spoke to customer service agent Jeffrey Nieuwenkamp. To be fair Jeffrey did finally get back to me only after the merchant contacted pay.nl directly to resolve the matter. As the payment was made in 2 separate payments they have said it had caused some issues. Nonetheless, it could have been resolved without as many back and forths and having to go back to my bank several times. Changed from 1 star to 3 to reflect this fairly.

I made a payment to a private individual which isn’t covered by their insurance policy. I later worked out it was a scam. I contacted PayPal and they informed me that it wasn’t covered but as a gesture of good will they would. I highly recommend this company.
What a hastle, my online purchase was paid and I received a mail that it wasn't. The money went off my account. What's up with that. Now I need to go through extra effort for an order that should've been dealt with already. In a fast paced society like this where these things should be in order, this is really not customer friendly.

they dont help, they dont reply. they wont help me fikle a dispute and my payment is not found even though seller has received the money by my bank., but pay do nothing to help . they ignore all of my messages and send me links that dont exist
Very bad communication, they ask 101 things. They rejected my account after almost 48 hours. I was almost done implenting the api to my site.
