The item itself for the price I felt was not that great of a quality. I tried to reach out to pelsbarn to ask how to return .....It took them weeks on end with so much run around. I returned a bundle but I forgot the pillow...I wrote them to let them know that I was sending it back that same day ( put all my info in with the pillow)......it took three weeks from this e-mail for them to finally get back with me saying that their return dept still didn't verify that they received it for me to get my refund. They do not have a direct # to speak to someone which could have prevented this whole 6 week delay!!! They have a 2 week return window which is ridiculous!!! I was gone for a week ....got home got my packages in order which only left me one day to make my decision to be in their return window. I started my return process in June and did not receive my refund till Aug 14th!!!! I will never recommend a company that does not have good customer service/ communication. There are better cooling blankets for dogs out their at a much better price!!! I found them and own them!!! I do not know about their other products, I can only tell you my experience with the cooling bundle. I purchase to many things on line....if you can't have a human speak to me about my issue then I will take my business elsewhere. Pelsbarn....DO BETTER!!!!!!!!
I bought a cooling bed for my dog ( buy 1 get one free) The beds did not stay cool at all. How do they expect you to return unused unless your pet tries it and you notice it’s not keeping them cool?? So, just because I cut the tags off they offer a whole 20% refund AND I get to keep useless beds that will just be donated? Buyer beware!!!!
The Pelsbarn cooling bed is a terrific product! We live in the desert and we have two boxes and they absolutely love their cooling bed. It really helps them get comfortable after a day in the sun and it’s a bed they go to, regardless of what the temperature is.
Do not buy from this company! I bought my dog a cooling mat, and the website kept asking if I wanted another product when I was checking out. This happened about 5 times and I thought I had said no to all; however, I ended up with a product that I didn't need or want. It was an extra small car seat, which I would never order for my 80 lb dog. Interestingly, the email confirmation said I could change the order within 15 minutes, but the link didn't work. I emailed the company and they interestingly didn't respond until the order was shipped. So now I've been trying to return it and they make it almost impossible. The didn't send the form for over a week and once they did, I have 7 days to return it. Since I was out of town at this point, I could not meet the deadline. They do not send a shipping label, only an authorization form that you have to complete. So, now I paid for an item I didn't want and have to pay to ship it back. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. At this point, I'm just going to donate the item to someone. This company is either completely incompetent or crooks.
The product came in a timely manner. It was a good quality item. It looks great and my dog seems comfortable using it. It was a good price for the quality.

I have two small dogs, a Coton de Tulear, and a Maltese . Neither tolerate the heat well. They pant ,and pace even with air-conditioning. They absolutely love the cooling mats. I place them on thier dog beds, and they snuggle right in and settle down. I highly recommend these!
I purchased the Pelsbarn Lux Sofabed for my AmStaff mix. He loves it and I love how it gives him a well defined spot on the sofa that keeps his fur all in one place as well! It cleans in the washer and 30 minutes in the dryer on the delicate cycle keeps the material so soft. High quality for a good price with the BOGO sale and fast delivery.
I ordered the cozy car bed from the company Pelsbarn to try to ease my dog’s anxiety when she travels with me. She loves it and loves laying in it during car rides. Much nicer than being left to lay on a blanket in the back seat. I also received the order in a timely manner. And I love the fact that Pelsbarn does great work with the animal shelters.

Bought a cooling bed to try, got 2 so if one gets dirty we have a spare. Wasent sure if our dogs would like it as we usually get puffy beds but they get hot and our dogs end up on the hard floor. Haven’t needed the second one yet as they are super easy to wash and dry fast. Our dogs love it! Will be breaking out the second one as we got another dog. So glad we decided to try it, our dogs love it! Now we are getting a couple cooling mats and for our dobie blanket suckers the calming relief blankets to try.
Everything was as expected the delivery and the package itself. It was as expected nicely made and my Simba loved it.

They deliver what they profess...this cool blanket stays cool!!! It's amazing. I've washed it several times and still provides the cool feeling. Bought 2 and sent my sister the other for her shepherd. Cooper absolutely loves it's, and so does mine.
