I bought a buy one get one free for a luxury dog bed as it turned out the bed was too large for my dogs. I’ve tried to reach them by telephone only to be told by their machine. Sorry we’re way too busy… Sendi an email”. I sent an email. It took more than 72 hours for them to respond in some robotic fashion. I’m trying to actually return these for a smaller bed and it’s impossible. You have to pay to return these, you have to pay a restocking fee times two, and then the price is higher for the small beds then it was for the medium/large bed. To get what I need it’s gonna cost me shipping (37$), $15.98 for restocking, and an additional $28 for the smaller bed!! Talk about not getting by one get one free it cost a fortune. The beds by the way are very nice so if you order the right thing the first time great if you don’t, forget it
