Delivery was delayed, but the item was lovely.
I was very pleased to find a duvet cover in the design colour quality and pattern I was looking for. I ordered 2 the reason I only gave 4 stars because I had to leave my name and number for a call back I had to wait from Friday until first thing Monday morning I have the duvets at a good price and a speedy delivery just a shame I had to wait 3 days for the call back. Iam very pleased with the duvets And would buy from Plumbs again No hesitation
From order to delivery and nice quality furniture received, we were very pleased with our Plum experience. This would have been a five star review except for the delivery company. The actual delivery person was exceptional and very careful but he was by himself for a two man delivery. I was on hand to help but at nearly seventy years old moving heavy furniture around is not ideal. I stress again the delivery driver was exceptional and a total credit to his company.
