Impressed with how quick and efficient I was dealt with ,plus I was worried when I had to check my emails to see if my problem was sorted, as if u go off the page , when u go back the conversation starts again with someone else but the lady waited for me to check everything, and it was sorted , and she made sure I was happy before ending the conversation, so I couldn't be happier
